Artist and researcher born in Legnano (Mi), he lives and works between Barcelona and Bologna. The Italian born artist is a graduate textile designer with a diploma from the Artistic High School and the Milan Academy of Arts & Design. During his activities in the fashion business he started to study optics, the chemical structure of colors and neurophysiological processes in reception which formed the basis of his later career as an artist.
His reseach is based on neuroaesthetic studies, a personal evolution of a technique that involves the use of special lenses, which encourages to move around in front of the work in a ritual perceptive of temporal coincidence, and this is called Hypertrait.
By designing interference patterns translated into shapes, the artist tries to involve the viewer in a kinetic relationship with the artwork, made of visual anchoring and intra-activities linked to movement.
Among the Institutions that hosted his artwork in the past are: Ma*Ga Museum, Gallarate, Italy (La Forma del Ritmo, solo exhibition, 2022-2023) on occasion of the eighteenth Giornata del Contemporaneo "Contemporary Art Day" promoted by AMACI, Kunstverein Friedberg (Identities, group exhibition 2020), Museo Marino Marini, Firenze, Italy (Ex Voto, group exhibition 2019), Teatros del Canal, Madrid, Spain (Human, 2017), Museo Nazionale del Bargello (E dell'Arno alto tesoro, 2013) and Italian Institute of Cultur in Hong Kong (Andante, duo exhibition 2013). In 2011 he took part at the 54th Biennale of Venice for the Italian pavilion, curated by Vittorio Sgarbi.
With the patronage of Amnesty International, the solo exhibition "Human Fights Right Lights"at the Museum Reggia di Caserta, Italy in 2018.
